Hello Everyone! For those looking in Colorado, I think both of these could to great for house hacking. Use upstairs for you and either rent or airbnb the bottom.
The first one is 7406 s Elati, Litteton 80120. With conventional loan you need 3 to 5% down and FHA you need 3.5% down.
The other one is 3139 S Emerson. Englewood Co. This one needs a bit of updating so a renovation loan would be a great option for this one with 3 to 5% down.
